Answer:
On ne fait jamais la paix en envoyant l'armée. Si nous devons participer à des missions de maintient de la paix, les "intervenants" devraient être formés spécialement pour ce genre de mission. La paix risque de s'installer beaucoup plus rapidement si nous envoyons des professeurs pour éduquer les populations que si nous envoyons des soldats en armes.
