Should Canada do more to address conditions giving rise to conflict and insecurity beyond our borders? If so, where?

Answer:
With a growing number of countries gaining nuclear capabilities/weapons of mass destruction, Canada needs to work more with the US and Britian to boost efforts to counter terrorism.
We need to stop putting our heads in the sand preaching war is not nice and start pulling our weight to protect this continent. If it was not for the US and Britian we would all be speaking German right now.
Failing to act puts the lives of Canadians at risk.
