What are the best means for Canada to make its culture and experience known abroad?

An excellent (and simple) way to advertise Canada is... via the internet. When I want to find out about a country or city that is the first place I go.
Canada should invest in a top notch website or two, with easy links, and then plaster the sites everywhere and on everything.
But please don't waste our valuable tax dollars duplicating everything into French... Ask anyone on the west coast... Canada is not bilingual, we are multi-lingual and English is our primary language. Everyone should learn how to read it!
