Should Canada focus on cultivating new economic partnerships with emerging powers such as China, India, Mexico and Brazil?

Answer:
Yes, but not exclusively. Canada must promote a more inclusive policy of all nations on the globe. The economic partnership should not be restricted to dollars; rather they should be tied to promoting the justice, peace and human security to all the citizens of the partnering country.
