What are the best means for Canada to make its culture and experience known abroad?

Answer:
Use the Canadian from the countries concerned as good-well ambassadors of Canada, by giving the opportunity to demonstrate how their values and culture are in harmony with those of their original countries. To this end, Canada should also ensure that its representative teams to countries abroad contain members of the different ethnic groups that make up its population, whenever possible, in proportion to their numbers in Canada.

Also, Canada should increase immigration from various parts of the world, promote cultural exchange programs, increase Canadian assistance to less fortunate members of the international community, and establish its relationships with other countries on the basis of respect for human rights, promotion of justice and adherence to international law.
