Answer:
When Canadians are truly offered education in preventing illness rather than in treating illness. When Canadians are truly given reports via the national media that are not meant to misinform. When Canadians are offered trade policies which benefit the working class and not just the business sector. When Canadians are led by politicians who are not meeting the agendas of corporate arms,oil, and pharmaceutical cartels ... in order to fill their own wallets. Then possibly this real kind of transformation in Canadian life might serve as an example to other mislead and misinformed citizens of leading nations.
