What are the best means for Canada to make its culture and experience known abroad?

Answer:
Individual Canadians are the best means of making Canada's culture of tolerance known aboard. Exchanges and programmes designed to bring individuals in contact with the international community are needed. Those ignored and neglected regions must receive a high priority as must the regions susceptible to violence. Seeing the rule of law at work in Canada will do more than a thousand lectures in convincing people of its benefits. This is an area where Canadian conditions are better than perhaps the US and certainly Mexico. To demonstrate approaches to policing is Ottawa a safer capital at night than Washington or Mexico City?
