Question 10: Values and Culture

Are values such as human rights, democracy, respect for diversity and gender equality ones that Canada should continue to advocate in all parts of the world? If so, what are the best ways of doing this?

Answer:
To uphold the highest moral standards we can when others are demoralizing us is one of the hardest things we could do but it is also one of the best as we affect our environment and those around us. So it would be in the best intresst of all of humanity to treat others with respect and dignity that everyone deserves. And uphold that with our international community. As it will stop othere atrocities from occurring such as: Persecution of Falun Gong in China (who are people triing to upgrade their moral standing and be peaceful and the war in Iraq)
