Answer:
Yes. If it is a dialogue and not a monologue! These are both areas where understanding among the populace is beneficial in discouraging an "us" versus "them" polarization.
This could be done on diplomatic, cultural, and educational levels.
International student exchanges should be a part of every child's education.
