Which values and interests bear most fundamentally on Canada's foreign policy? How can Canada's foreign policy better reflect the concerns and priorities of Canadians?

Answer:
A better understanding about the cultures of other countries and the struggle of their human rights againsts corporations, international bodies and other oppressive institutions is what is needed to reflect the concerns and priorities of Canadians. If Canada does not acknowledge the struggles of the people, then the people may turn to negative forms of expressing their frustration which will impact Canadians negatively.
