Global Governance Framework

Although the three pillars policy is obviously well thought through and addresses our core political internal concerns it does not address Canada as a key leader in the development of the 'world we want'. Given the success of the Canadian free market and open multicultural model could we not develop a proactive program that would work to bring nations together to discuss a global governance framework. As defined by the UN standard of living and having much less to do with military might and more to do with establishment of a free and open multicultural middle class across all the world, Canada could apply its own successes to all the world.
